Aquavila – the luxury of living

Aquavila awaits you in the far north-eastern corner of Slovenia, in the village of Ivanovci, 6 km from the spa town of Moravske Toplice. It stands in the hills above the Mura plain and in the varied cultural landscape and protected nature of the Goričko Natural Park. The idyllic and varied landscape is a paradise for cyclists, hikers Nordic walkers and ramblers, and Goričko is also popular with food lovers seeking the gAquavila is surrounded by an unspoilt meadow full of fragrant vegetation, strawberries, cherries and old varieties of pear once used to make pear brandy. Stretch out on the terrace in comfortable loungers and enjoy views of Peca, Pohorje, Boč, Donačka Gora and Sljeme. Open the doors
Aquavila’s central space, its heart, combines a living space, kitchen, dining area and exit onto the terrace with its natural pool. Furnishings are modern and perfect for a pleasant, relaxed stay. The living area features a restored wooden dresser and an old oak table that is ideal for larger groups and dinner parties. The large panoramic window looks out over the pool, the Prekmurje plains and the Prlekija region beyond the river Mura. Aquavila has a modern bathroom with two washbasins and a generously sized shower stall, and two bedrooms.
Modern conveniences
A stone counter, induction hob, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances make preparing meals a pleasure. The large bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed and a view of the pool; the smaller bedroom has a chest of drawers and an east-facing window. The spacious pantry also contains a fridge. Aquavila has sensor-controlled exterior lighting. Windows are fitted with insect screens. The modern Italian ceramic-tiled floors feature underfloor heating and cooling. Bicycles and other equipment can be stored in the bicycle shed.
